Venez d\u00e9couvrir un canyon spectaculairement \u00e9troit, tr\u00e8s particulier pour son air frais et sa v\u00e9g\u00e9tation luxuriante. Les\u00a0Gorges de R\u00e9galon<\/em>\u00a0se sont creus\u00e9es \u00e0 travers le plateau calcaire qui constitue l’adret du\u00a0Petit Luberon<\/em>. Ce site \u00e9tonnant n’est pas pour les claustrophobes : \u00e0 un endroit, les falaises sont si proches et le fond des gorges si \u00e9troit qu’il vous faudra enlever votre sac \u00e0 dos et vous tourner sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour avancer ! A l’inverse, \u00e0 la sortie des gorges, le chemin est large et la vue s’ouvre en pleine lumi\u00e8re sur des falaises calcaires claires, alors que la pin\u00e8de et la garrigue m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes recouvrent les collines tout autour : un contraste saisissant.<\/p>\n

\u00a0de la montagne de Lure<\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9part d’une petite station de ski situ\u00e9e sur l’adret de la\u00a0Montagne de Lure\u00a0<\/em>(1826m), cet itin\u00e9raire vous transporte, \u00e0 travers une for\u00eat mixte de sapins et de h\u00eatres, jusqu’\u00e0 la cr\u00eate. De cet endroit, le paysage s’ouvre largement sur la vall\u00e9e de l’autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 et sur un grand nombre de sommets alpins, \u00e0 l’horizon : depuis le Vercors<\/em> au nord-ouest, jusqu’aux montagnes dominant les\u00a0Gorges du<\/em>\u00a0Verdon <\/em>au sud-est, en passant par la Barre des Ecrins<\/em>. Et avec un peu de chance, vous pourrez apercevoir quelques chamois, qui vivent sur les abruptes pentes pierreuses du versant nord de la montagne.<\/p>\n

Venez d\u00e9couvrir cette for\u00eat unique en France, situ\u00e9e sur le versant nord de la montagne de la<\/em>\u00a0Sainte-Baume<\/em>, pr\u00e8s de\u00a0Marseille<\/em>. D’un point de vue botanique, elle est exceptionnelle pour deux raisons: d’abord, il y pousse des esp\u00e8ces d’arbres assez inattendues sous un climat m\u00e9di-\u00a0 terran\u00e9en, \u00e0 une altitude si basse (moins de 1000 m): h\u00eatre, \u00e9rable et if; ensuite, plusieurs centaines d’entre eux ont atteint un \u00e2ge et une taille remarquables. L’importance spirituelle de cette for\u00eat explique certaine- ment le second aspect: en tant que lieu de culte, d’abord pour les Celtes, puis pour les Catholiques, cette for\u00eat a \u00e9t\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par les populations durant des mill\u00e9naires.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
