Because the secluded <em>Aiguebrun Valley<\/em> is really found off the beaten track. The shaded trail runs alongside the narrow valley floor filled with lush vegetation. Even on hot days, you can follow your guide on this 50,000-year-old walking route in central <em>Luberon<\/em>. Indeed, the <em>Aiguebrun River <\/em>is home to several prehistoric rock shelters and caves: some of them were inhabited both by the Neanderthal and the Cro-Magnon men.\u00a0<br \/>The river is today the only permanent one in the <em>Luberon<\/em> mountains. A few miles from the <em>Aiguebrun<\/em> spring, a country inn called <em>Auberge des Seguins<\/em> can be found by the river: it is nestled at the foot of cliff faces well-known for their climbing routes. But about 15km downstream from <em>Saut du Moine<\/em>, the river changes course, running east-west, then: that is at the point where it meets the foothills of the <em>Luberon<\/em> mountains,\u00a0<br \/>On your way to the waterfall, you reach several pretty drystone guesthouses, set in a glen.
