During this gentle interpretive walk on the northern sides of the Luberon mountains, you will have the opportunity to gather thyme, savory and rosemary where they grow wild. You will learn a lot, including how to identify them and how to use them as aromatic herbs for cooking and in herbal teas, the same way the Provençal people have been using them for millenia.
